Child Safety Standards
Standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) · Last updated: 28 June 2026
GoMate is committed to protecting children and has a zero‑tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards and how we prevent, detect, report, and respond to such content and conduct.
1. Zero tolerance
We strictly prohibit, and have zero tolerance for, any content or behaviour that sexualises, exploits, endangers, or abuses children, including but not limited to: CSAM, grooming, sextortion, solicitation of minors, trafficking, and the promotion or facilitation of any of these. Such activity results in immediate removal, permanent account termination, evidence preservation, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
2. Intended audience
GoMate is intended for adults and is not directed to, or intended for use by, children. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the service. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed.
3. Prevention & detection
- Optional identity verification to help build a trusted community and reduce fake or harmful accounts.
- Community Guidelines that prohibit CSAE and all harmful conduct.
- Moderation of reported users and content, with action taken against violations.
- Blocking tools so users can immediately stop unwanted contact.
- Spam and abuse protections, and account controls.
4. How to report child safety concerns
If you encounter content or behaviour that may endanger a child, report it immediately:
- In‑app: use the Report option available on every profile, chat, and activity.
- Email: admingomate@gmail.com (our designated child‑safety point of contact).
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law‑enforcement or emergency services right away.
5. How we respond
- Promptly review reports relating to child safety.
- Remove violating content and permanently ban offending accounts.
- Preserve relevant data/evidence as permitted by law.
- Report CSAM and CSAE to the relevant authorities, including the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and applicable regional/national authorities (for example, in India, the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal / relevant child‑protection bodies).
6. Legal compliance
GoMate complies with applicable child‑safety laws and cooperates with law‑enforcement and child‑protection authorities. We review and improve these standards over time.
7. Designated point of contact
