Find gaming buddies near you
You have spent hundreds of hours in a game with people you have never met in person. Or your old squad moved on and nobody around you plays the same titles. GoMate helps you find gaming buddies nearby who want to play together in the same room, not just over voice chat.
Browse plans for gaming cafe group sessions, console nights, fighting game meetups or a LAN party near me style weekend. Request to join, the host approves, and the group chat sorts out games, controllers and timing. It is a simple way to turn online teammates into gaming friends near me you can actually hang out with.

How it works
- 1
Find gaming plans near you or host one with the game, platform, skill level and the venue type.
- 2
Request to join. The host approves players so the squad size and skill level fit.
- 3
Sort controllers, slots and timing in the group chat, then meet and play.
Stay safe. For a first meetup, pick a gaming cafe or another public venue rather than a private home. Every GoMate member is selfie-checked, and you can report or block anyone.
Questions, answered
Something else on your mind? Write to us.
Can I meet people I play with online?
Yes. Host a plan for your game and invite your online friends to request to join, or find new players nearby. The host approves members and everyone can chat in the group before meeting in person.
What kind of gaming plans are there?
Anything people host: gaming cafe sessions, console nights, LAN setups, mobile game squads or tournaments with friends. If you do not see your game, host a plan in about a minute and let others request to join.
Is GoMate only for casual gamers?
No. Hosts set the level, from relaxed to competitive. Mention ranks or skill in your plan description so the right players request to join, and approve the people who fit.
Step out, not alone.
